An Update from Superintendent Dr. Anthony Mays |

October is National Principals Month, so thanks to our principals for their leadership and support of our teachers and students! A principal plays a critical role in equipping the campus team with the tools and environment needed for success. Principals are uniquely positioned to work with our communities and families to provide support as we shape the minds of our future leaders. Principals serve as the tip of the spear in charting the course for teaching and learning. We are grateful for our principals pouring into our campuses daily. Nothing great happens for students or teachers without their awesome leadership. Thanks to each and every principal for picking up the baton and leading here in Alief ISD!

Thank you to Tiffany Tatum and our Professional Development Team for collaborating to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. This weekend I had the opportunity to complete 8 laps to support fundraising that helps meet the medical needs of those fighting breast cancer. It was beautiful to see our community and students come together for a cause that can impact us all. Thank you, Mrs. Tatum, for your leadership here in Alief ISD! |
Let’s keep working together to help all of our students and Alief ISD grow stronger! |

Growing Opportunities at the New Ag Science Center |
Alief ISD is excited to see the new Ag Science Center take shape! We are grateful to our community partners for helping bring this vision to life! |
